Why You Need Our Service

What About The Weather?

What if the forcast predicts rain for the day of my appointment?

If it is not raining, it is our policy to complete the job as scheduled. If it is raining, but the precipitation is light, we will proceed as scheduled because rain does not affect the cleaning (see paragraph below). In the circumstances of a heavy rain or showers, outside work will be completed within 2 or 3 days. When possible, all inside work is completed as scheduled to avoid disturbing your busy schedule.

Does The Rain Make My Windows Dirty?

Rain does not make the windows dirty.... dirt does. Dust accumulates on the outside of the glass from lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tree pollen, car exhaust, and many other sources. This dust settles as a uniform layer on the glass. When it rains, the water droplets pushes the loose dirt, but the dust remains on the glass. This means "mud residue" is now highly visible because it is no longer uniformly settled, but sporadically throughout the pane. Clean glass will stay clean after the rain because once the rainwater dries, there is nothing left behind to obscure the view.

What Do You Do In The Winter?

Window cleaning is all the more important in the winter season.  Road salt turns into airborne powder which settles on the window just as any other dust.

Because your time is important, our weather policy effectively ensures that appointments are completed in a timely manner. From our years of experience, we are able to make accurate decisions to ensure that quality and safety come first. We are confident that you will be pleased!!!
